Point-in-time fundamentals with no look-ahead bias, at a price a builder can pay.

As-reported SEC EDGAR XBRL fundamentals, keyed to the date each filing became public. Query any historical date and receive the filings of record in our SEC FSDS corpus as known on that date, including the values later filings revised away.

Coverage, served by /v1

426,003 filings from 16,811 distinct companies, holding 181,350,662 reported values, across 69 quarters spanned (2009q1 to 2026q1). These are as-filed counts, each shown as of the dates the filings became public.

Worked example: JPMorgan Q1 2012

For JPMorgan's Q1 2012 total, as first filed on 2012-05-10 (form 10-Q) the value was $5,383,000,000; in a later filing on 2012-08-09 (form 10-Q/A) the same period's value was $4,924,000,000. A point-in-time query returns the value as it stood on the date you ask, not the figure a later filing carried.
