2. Description of Service

Arklēon is a market sentiment analytics dashboard that provides AI-generated analysis, sentiment scoring across U.S. equity sectors, and related financial data visualizations.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service provides data and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on Arklēon constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service content as such. Arklēon does not recommend that any securities be bought, sold, or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decision. Sentiment scores, forecasts, and AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Trading and investing in financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to Arklēon Pro, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer or scrape data, share credentials, or circumvent feature gating.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, sentiment models, and AI-generated analysis provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Arklēon or its licensors.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arklēon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arklēon from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
